The real answer is:  Sometimes I would love to be able to play every request I get, but the music I play in the morning is scheduled as much as a week or more in advance.   True,  I do have some ability to make changes as I see fit. However, morning radio shows by nature are always loaded up with lots of special features.  Far more than any other time of day.   And these features are scheduled to take place at specific times.   Before I can actually play a request,   I need to be able to find another song already scheduled that is approximately the same length as the one you are requesting.  Then I can switch the two songs.   These are just a few of the many reasons why I simply may not be able to play the song you request,  sometimes it just doesn't work out. But go ahead and call me!  Make your request if you like!   Even if I can not play it, it is always very helpful to hear from you and get an idea of what songs you enjoy hearing!
